Session Fees

Private pay rate:

$175 per 60-minute virtual session

For therapy and coaching sessions

Insurances Accepted:

United Healthcare • BCBS • Optum • Tufts • Harvard Pilgrim • Mass General Brigham •Aetna

* I am happy to provide a super bill for any insurances for which I am out of network.

Insurance is applicable to therapy sessions only.

Coaching is private pay.

Why some clients choose to pay privately

Some therapy clients choose to pay privately even when they have insurance. Private pay can offer greater privacy and flexibility, including not having a diagnosis or treatment information submitted to an insurance company.

For some clients, the ability to determine the focus, frequency, and duration of therapy without insurance requirements is important. Others simply prefer to keep their mental health care separate from their insurance.

For clients who would like to explore private pay but find the full fee difficult to manage, a sliding scale may be available depending on circumstances.
