I bring more than 25 years of experience in career coaching, organizational development, human behavior, and clinical practice. This breadth of experience helps me understand both the person navigating the workplace and the workplace itself—and how deeply the two can affect one another.

I’ve coached men and women privately and within organizations, nationally and internationally, from individual contributors and small business owners to executives and developing leaders across a wide range of professions and industries.

My background includes managing a corporate career center serving more than 2,000 employees at a high-technology company, recruiting in technology and healthcare, and working with start-ups, mid-sized, and large organizations across biotechnology, finance, pharmaceutical, education, technology, engineering, healthcare, and manufacturing. I’ve also consulted with outplacement and EAP organizations and am certified in multiple assessments and training programs.
